Hello! I am Sanghyun Park, an assistant professor in the Strategy and Policy Department at the National University of Singapore with the Presidential Young Professorship (PYP). I received a PhD in Strategy from INSEAD. Before PhD, I earned Bachelor’s degrees in Physics, Economics, and Business Administration from Seoul National University.

My research interests center on the intersection of organization design, learning, artificial intelligence, and computational social science. In particular, I investigate how organization designs, such as decision-making structure and information exchange, impact the learning behaviors of multi-agent systems. In terms of methods, I employ diverse approaches, including formal modeling, experiments, and Natural Language Processing. My dissertation has been selected as the recipient of the Will Mitchell Dissertation Research Grant (WMDRG) from the Strategy Research Foundation (SRF).
