Sanghyun PARK

Welcome! I am a PhD candidate in the Strategy department at INSEAD.

My research interests center on the intersection of organization design, organizational learning, artificial intelligence, and computational social science. In particular, I investigate how organization designs, such as decision-making structure and information exchange, impact the learning behaviors of multi-agent systems. In doing so, I employ a range of methodological approaches, including formal modeling, experiments, and text analysis of large-scale datasets.

My dissertation has been selected as the recipient of the Will Mitchell Dissertation Research Grant (WMDRG) from the Strategy Research Foundation (SRF).
